Cathy Chilco is happy to invite Campoverde members to THE HEALING ROOM for a wonderful healing REIKI experience.
REIKI means Universal Life Energy. This is the energy that everything is made of-- the force that keeps us alive. Life force nourishes the inner organs and cells, the chakras, the blood flow, etc. When it is flowing freely and in balance, we feel healthy and enjoy a sense of well-being.
When negative thoughts, trauma or anxiety cause disruptions in the free flow of our energy, we feel heavy, sluggish, unconnected and sometimes depressed, anxious or overwhelmed. These disruptions or blockages can often lead to pain and/or illness.
Receiving REIKI brings Universal Life Energy to our whole being on our physical, mental, emotional and spirit levels at the same time. It harmonizes and balances our energy, allowing any blockages to open and release. The result is that we feel relaxed and more connected to our own natural resources.
REIKI sessions are usually about one hour and involve hands-on and hands-near healing. Clients report feelings of relaxation, well-being, increased energy and transformational insights as a result of receiving REIKI energy.
Cathy Chilco is a Reiki Master/Teacher and has been practicing Reiki for sixteen years.
